  <p align="justify"><hr>The Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana will host the fourth annual EIIE conference. Economists
specializing in empirical international economic research from the United States and Europe will present their latest research at this meeting.
<br><br>
The conference is open to other attendees whose papers are not on the program. There is no entry
fee, but space is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis for those not on the
program. If you plan to attend but not to present a paper, please let us know if you would be willing to serve as a discussant.
<br><br>
<b>Conference Format:</b> The conference will begin in the afternoon on a Thursday and will
continue through the following Saturday. The program will include a total of 15 papers,
with one hour per paper devoted to presentation, discussant remarks, and open discussion.
