The simplest option for travel is to fly into Indianapolis and then either take the Lafayette Limo shuttle (which drops off at the conference hotel), or rent a car and drive up. (For long time conference goers, note that the entrance to the Indy airport has changed, so check a map. The median travel time from the hotel to the airport is about 1:20 and the tails are pretty thin.) There is parking across the street from the hotel. Alternatively, you can fly into Chicago O'Hare and drive or take a shuttle.
